Geebeebee Media, ShapeRideShoot and Sam Needham are no strangers to producing great mountain bike edits. We chatted to them to find out their top tips for capturing the action.

1. Try to make sure the rider wears flashy clothes. Avoid black or brown when you shoot as the image looks much better with the rider popping. (Gaëtan Rey – ShapeRideShoot)

2. Shoot more than you need so you have a good selection of footage to choose from to make up the edit. It’s better having leftovers than having to try and fill the time. (Sam Needham)
